Physical therapy can help you with fibromyalgia, chronic pain, headaches, whiplash, rotator cuff, elbow pain, carpal tunnel, low back pain, sciatica, hip pains, knee pains, and ankle strains.  If you are experiencing any of these conditions I would be happy to work with you - call or email me.

Graham workingEach of your sessions will last one hour. I only see one patient at a time, so all my attention and energy will be focused on helping you get well.  A physical therapy session at Hadley Rehab usually focuses on manual therapy, which helps release tight muscles and joints. Your role during manual therapy is to focus, breathe, and allow your body to relax as much as possible. This will facilitate your healing. Your session might also include exercises on the theraball, strengthening exercises or specific stretches, all designed to speed your recovery.  You’ll find it easiest to have a physical therapy session if you wear loose, comfortable clothing.

The first step to start receiving the benefits of physical therapy is to ask your medical provider for a referral to Hadley Rehab. Most insurance programs require a referral from one of your medical doctors. You will need to bring your referral and insurance information to your first appointment. If you wish to come for treatment, let me know and I’ll be happy to contact your doctor and assist their front office with the necessary paperwork. Also if your doctor has not yet referred anyone to me this gives me a chance to introduce myself.

Hadley Rehab is easy to reach – here’s a map.
