My physical therapy practice focuses on manual therapies and dynamic stabilization for all types of chronic pain, motor vehicle or work-injured patients. I work one-on-one with each patient for a full hour—your patient is my sole focus in every session. My goals are to help patients regain as much mobility as possible and teach them how to maintain and enhance their health. I accept most insurance plans.

Recently I’ve had success helping injured surfers release the pain and discomfort of residual myofascial twists and compressions from being tossed in the waves or struck by a surfboard. I have also seen substantial improvement with patients whose scoliosis has progressed to generate lumbar, thoracic, cervical pains or headaches. I have been successful treating tension headaches, whiplash, cervical strain, thoracic pains, and lumbar strains. Of course, I find it most effective to treat patients with auto, work, or other injuries as soon as possible after their injury, before their pain becomes chronic.
I am happy to assist with the rehabilitation of your chronic pain or fibromyalgia patients, especially those who haven’t responded well to other therapeutic interventions. I especially enjoy the challenge of treating patients with mysterious myofascial complaints – when all their tests come back normal but their pains persist. As their movement restrictions are released, many of these patients find they are able to gradually increase daily activities and home exercise without experiencing the extra pain that usually stops them. |
